Online, Updating or Down? Reading Titan's Status Page
What each label on Titan's status page means, why a tool pauses after a game patch, and what to do while it is marked Updating or Maintenance.

Before you queue, look at one page. It takes five seconds and it answers the question most support messages ask.
Every tool Titan sells has a live state. That state is shown on the status page, on each product page and in the store. It is the single most useful thing on the site, and most people never open it until something goes wrong. This article explains what each label means, why the labels change, and what you should do in each case.
Why a status page exists at all
Games change. A patch can move the data a tool reads, change how the client talks to the server, or ship a new version of the anti-cheat. When that happens, a tool that worked yesterday may not work today, or may work in a way that is no longer safe to run.
Rather than let you find that out in a ranked match, we mark the tool and stop selling it until it is ready again. The status page is where that decision is published.
The four labels
Online
The tool is built for the current version of the game and passed our checks after the last patch. You can buy it and you can use it.
Online does not mean risk-free. It means we are not aware of a reason to hold it back. Any tool that touches a game can lead to a ban; the label tells you the tool is current, not that nothing can happen.
Updating
The game or its anti-cheat changed and we are rebuilding the tool for the new version. While a tool is Updating it cannot be bought, and you should not launch it even if you already hold a key.
Updating is normal. Most patch cycles put at least one tool into this state for a while. If you are worried about the time on your key during a long update, ask support rather than guessing.
Maintenance
Something on our side needs attention: the loader, a server, or a check that did not pass. Treat it exactly like Updating. Do not launch, wait for the label to change.
Offline
The tool is not available for a longer period, for example because a game's protection changed in a way that needs more work. The product page says so, and the tool cannot be bought.
What a label change looks like from your side
- The game patches. You may notice it before we post anything.
- Within a short while the tool flips to Updating. The buy buttons disappear.
- The new build is tested. When it passes, the tool returns to Online.
- The loader fetches the new build itself. You do not need to download anything again unless the setup guide says so.
The most common mistake is to launch in the gap between a patch landing and the label changing. If a big patch has just gone live and the status still says Online, give it a little time and check again before you play.
Where you can see the status
The status page
The status page lists every tool with its label. It is the fastest overview, and the one to bookmark.
Product pages
Each product page carries a badge next to the name. The page for Titan LoL Script, for example, shows the same state as the status page.
The store and the menu
Product lists and the drop-down menus show a small dot: blue for Online, amber for anything else. It is the same information, just shorter.
What to do in each case
The tool is Online and it does not work
Then something local is wrong, not the build. Go through the setup guide once more from the top, and read our article on fixing loader and injection problems. If that does not help, contact support with the product name and what you saw.
The tool is Updating and you just bought it
Updating tools cannot be bought, so this only happens when the label changed in the minutes between your purchase and your first launch. Wait for it to return to Online, and write to support with your order number if you want your key checked.
The tool has been Updating for a long time
Some patches are small, some change a lot. There is no promise of a fixed time, and we would rather be late than put you at risk. The status page is updated the moment the build is ready.
Habits that save trouble
- Check the status before every session after a patch day, not just once a week.
- Read the patch notes of your game. Big client changes usually mean a longer update.
- Never force-launch a tool marked Updating or Maintenance.
- Keep the loader up to date; it is what pulls the fixed build.
In short
Online means current. Updating and Maintenance mean wait. Offline means not available for now. One look at the status page before you play keeps most problems from happening at all.
