Loader Won't Start? Fixing Common Titan Errors
A calm checklist for the usual problems: the loader will not open, the key is refused, injection fails or the game closes, and when to write to us.

Nine problems out of ten have the same few causes. Go through them in order before you reinstall anything.
This guide is sorted by symptom. Find the one that matches what you see, work down its list, and stop as soon as it works. If you reach the end without a fix, the last section tells you exactly what to send us so we can help quickly.
Step zero: is the tool Online?
Before anything else, open the status page. If your tool says Updating or Maintenance, nothing on your PC is broken; the build is being refreshed for a new game version. Wait until it is Online again. Trying to force it in the meantime is the one thing that can turn a small wait into a real problem.
The loader does not open
It closes immediately or nothing happens
- Start it with a right-click and Run as administrator. The loader needs those rights to do its job.
- Look at your antivirus history. Security software often removes tools like ours the moment they are downloaded. The setup guide explains how to handle this for the loader specifically.
- Download the loader again from Downloads in your member portal. A partly downloaded or quarantined file will not start.
Windows says the app cannot run
- Make sure you are on a supported version of Windows; the FAQ lists them.
- Install pending Windows updates and restart once. A half-finished update is a surprisingly common cause.
The key is refused
"Invalid key" or similar
- Copy the key from your portal rather than typing it. Leading or trailing spaces break it.
- Check which product the key is for. A key for one tool does not open another.
- Check the end date in your portal. Timed keys start counting when they are delivered, so an older key may simply have run out.
"Key already in use"
This usually shows up after a PC change or a fresh Windows install. Write to support with your order number before you do anything else, and do not buy a second key before asking.
The loader opens but the tool will not load
- Start the game first, or follow the order the setup guide gives for your product. Some tools want the game at the main menu, some want it closed.
- Close overlays and recorders you do not need while testing: screen recorders, performance overlays and RGB software are frequent troublemakers.
- Restart the PC. It sounds too simple, but it clears leftover processes from the last session.
- If your product needs a companion, such as the Vanguard Bypass for PV or the Vanguard Emulator for Hanbot, make sure that part is running and its key is active too.
The game crashes or closes
- Confirm the status page says Online for your tool. Crashes right after a game patch usually mean the new build is not out yet.
- Lower in-tool visuals first. Heavy drawing options can cost frames on older PCs.
- Update your graphics driver and restart.
- Try once with the tool off. If the game still crashes, the cause is not the tool, and the game's own support is the right place to ask.
Two-PC setups
If you run a 2PC product, most problems come from the link between the machines rather than the tool.
- Both PCs on the same network and awake.
- The second PC running its part before you start the game on the main PC.
- Firewalls on both machines not blocking the connection the setup guide describes.
Settings that behave strangely
- Reset to defaults and change one thing at a time.
- If you bought a premium config, load it fresh rather than editing an old one on top.
When to write to us, and what to include
If you worked through the relevant list and it still does not work, contact support or ask in our Discord. A good first message gets a fix much faster. Include:
- The product name and the length of your key
- Your order number
- What you did, step by step, and where it stopped
- The exact error text, or a screenshot of it
- Your Windows version
Please do not send your key in a public channel. Support will never need your account password for the game.
One last habit
Most of these problems appear right after a game patch or a Windows update. Checking the status page before you play, and reading the setup guide once more after a big update, prevents the majority of them.
