Terms of Service

What you agree to when you buy, download or run Titan software, and when you use this site.

Last updated · 24 July 2026

1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service apply as soon as you buy, download or run anything from Titan. If you do not accept them, do not use our software.

To buy from us you need to be 18 or older, or of legal age where you live.

2. Your licence

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the software for as long as your key lasts. The software stays ours: buying a key does not hand you its source code, any intellectual property in it, or a right to resell it.

Every key is tied to one hardware ID. If a key is shared, sold on, leaked or posted publicly, its licence ends at once and no refund is due.

3. What you must not do

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, repackage or try to crack the software or the system that checks licences.

Do not point our software at anything except the game client it was made for — no attacks, disruption or unauthorised access to other systems.

Do not resell, sublicense or hand out our products unless we have signed a reseller agreement with you in writing.

4. Game rules and the risk you take

The games our software works with belong to other companies, each with its own rules and anti-cheat. Running our tools will normally break those rules, and the publisher may suspend or permanently ban your game account and may ban your hardware too.

That risk is yours alone, and you take it on by choice. Nothing on this site — no status label, bypass description, detection claim or uptime figure — is a promise. An update to a game or its anti-cheat can expose a tool at any moment.

Titan has no connection with, and no endorsement or sponsorship from, Riot Games, Valve, Electronic Arts, Activision, Krafton, Facepunch, Bohemia Interactive, NetEase or any other publisher. Their trademarks are their own.

5. Uptime

Tools go offline from time to time while we update them, most often right after a game patch. That downtime is expected, and on its own it does not qualify you for a refund. The status page shows where each product stands.

6. How far our liability goes

As far as the law allows, Titan accepts no liability for suspended or banned game accounts, lost items, in-game currency or progress, hardware bans, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using our software.

If we are found liable for anything, the most we will pay is what you paid for the licence the claim is about.

7. Closing accounts

If you break these terms, file a chargeback, commit payment fraud or abuse our staff or community, we can suspend or end your licence and your account, with no refund.

8. Updates to these terms

These terms can change. When the change is significant, the 'Last updated' date at the top moves with it. If you keep using our software after that, you accept the new version.
