Refund Policy
The cases where your money comes back, the cases where it doesn't, and how to ask.
1. Why keys are usually final
What you buy from us is a licence key, and it reaches you straight away. Once a key has been shown, sent or activated we treat it as used, and as a rule it cannot be refunded — a key cannot be handed back, and we cannot reliably switch it off.
If the consumer law where you live gives you a legal right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase, you confirm at checkout that delivery starts at once, which means that right lapses once the key reaches you. Any right the law says cannot be waived stays fully in place.
2. When you get your money back
We took payment twice for one order, or took payment for an order you never received.
The product will not run on a supported system, you have reported it to support, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
We shut a product down for good part-way through a period you had already paid for. You get back the unused share, worked out pro rata.
3. When you don't
A game publisher suspended or banned your account. We tell you about that risk before you pay, and you accept it under the Terms of Service.
The product was briefly offline for its usual post-patch update. The status page shows this — look before you buy.
You picked the wrong product, had second thoughts, or your PC falls short of the listed requirements.
You broke the Terms of Service, passed on or sold your key, or tried to interfere with our licence checks.
4. Asking for a refund
Write to [email protected] from your account's email address no later than 14 days after buying. Include the order reference and tell us what went wrong. Support may ask for log files or a short screen capture so we can see the fault ourselves.
An approved refund goes back to the method you paid with. Card refunds normally take 5–10 business days to arrive. Crypto is returned in the coin you sent, at the value we received; we do not cover network fees or price swings in between.
5. Chargebacks
Talk to us before you go to your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting support first ends your account, and every licence on it, permanently.
