Your Titan Balance: Top Up Once, Check Out Faster
How the balance in your Titan account works: topping up, paying for keys from it, where to see every movement, and what happens to it when an order is refunded.

A balance is simply money waiting in your account. Top it up once, and every key after that is two clicks.
Every Titan account has a balance, shown in the top bar once you are logged in and on the wallet page. This article explains how it fills up, how it is spent and how to keep track of it.
Why use a balance at all
- Checkout becomes one step: no payment form each time you renew a key.
- You can top up with a method that suits you, then buy whenever you like.
- Renewing before a session takes seconds, which matters when you only decide to play at the last minute.
Paying directly at checkout is always possible too. The balance is a convenience, not a requirement.
Topping up
Open the wallet page while logged in. It shows the top-up methods that are available right now and, for methods with fixed amounts, the packages to choose from.
Some methods credit your balance straight away. Others, where a payment has to be checked by hand, show as pending until they are confirmed. Either way, the wallet page tells you the state of every top-up you started.
A few practical points
- Top up from the account you will buy with. Balances cannot be moved between accounts.
- Keep the reference shown for your top-up until it is confirmed. If you ever need help, it is the first thing support will ask for.
- If a top-up stays pending longer than you expect, contact support with that reference.
Paying from your balance
At checkout, choose to pay from your balance. If the balance covers the order, the key is delivered immediately, exactly as with any other payment: it appears in your portal and in your email.
If the balance is not enough, checkout tells you so. Top up the difference, or pay the order another way.
Seeing every movement
The wallet page keeps a full history: every top-up, every purchase and any correction, each with its date and the balance after it. Nothing on your balance changes without a line in that history.
Refunds
Keys are digital and cannot be returned once shown, so refunds are the exception rather than the rule. Our refund policy, linked in the footer, sets out when they apply.
When an order that was paid from your balance is refunded, the money goes back to your balance, and the history shows it. Orders paid by other methods are refunded through the method you used.
Security
- Your balance can only be spent while logged in to your account, so a strong, unique password matters.
- Titan staff will never ask for your password, in Discord or anywhere else.
- If you see a movement you do not recognise, change your password and write to support straight away.
Quick answers
Does the balance expire?
No. It stays in your account until you spend it.
Can I withdraw it?
The balance is for buying keys in the store. If you have a special situation, ask support.
Can I pay part by balance and part by card?
Checkout pays an order one way. Top up enough to cover the order, or pay the whole order directly.
Ready? Open the wallet page, or head straight to the store.
